چکیده
Malus transitoria (Batalin) C. K. Schneider is a shrub or small tree species native to in and around the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau (QTP). Using 18 pairs of EST-SSR markers, we examined 142 samples from 8 wild populations M. obtained QTP. Genetic diversity had been high at level showed mean expected heterozygosity (He) Shannon's information index (I) per population were 0.573 0.921, as well genetic WD (He = 0.595, I 0.974) greatest, whereas that BS 0.541, 0.870) was lowest. The MKH lowest (Nm 5.034), while Gene Flow (Nm) 6.076. Molecular variance analysis (AMOVA) demonstrated moderate differentiation among populations, Within Populations variation (95%) significantly higher than Among (5%), which complies coefficient (Fst 0.057). Two clusters grouped similar Unweighted Pair Group Method with Arithmetic (UPGMA) clustering principal coordinates (PCoA) STRUCTURE analysis. We speculate long-term orogeny prevents gene exchange across leading limited flow loss resources. This research investigated structure natural order provide scientific basis conservation, breeding, rational utilization this germplasm resources may be preserved by combination in-situ conservation ex-situ (MKH population). Genetic Diversity and Population Structure of Iranian tulips revealed by EST-SSR and NBS-LRR Markers
The genus Tulipa L. (Liliaceae) comprises about 100 species and Iran is considered as one of the main origins of tulips. In this research, genetic diversity and population structure of 27 wild populations of tulips collected from Iran were studied by 15 highly polymorphic and reproducible expressed sequenced tag-simple sequence repeat (EST-SSR) markers and 8 nucleotide binding site (NBS)-enzyme...

in current study, 63 samples of bat populations collected from differ regions were used for evaluating the geographic variations. twenty cranial and dental characters for traditional morphometric and landmarks method on the ventral, dorsal skull and mandible for geometry morphometric studies were used. statistical analyses of traditional morphometric and geometry morphometric data indicated low...
the survey of the virtual higher education in iran and the ways of its development and improvement
Genetic population structure and differentiation of Western Iranian Oxynoemacheilus argyrogramma (Heckel, 1847) using SSR markers
This study was carried out to investigate the genetic diversity and population structure of 90 specimens of Oxynoemacheilus argyrogramma collected from Sepidbarg, Gamasiab and Ghaleji rivers, in the west of Iran. Analyses using three microsatellite loci indicated that the average number of alleles in the population was 12, which was well above the reported values for freshwater fishes. The expe...
متن کاملAssessment of Genetic Diversity and Population Genetic Structure of Corylus mandshurica in China Using SSR Markers
Corylus mandshurica, also known as pilose hazelnut, is an economically and ecologically important species in China. In this study, ten polymorphic simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers were applied to evaluate the genetic diversity and population structure of 348 C. mandshurica individuals among 12 populations in China. The SSR markers expressed a relatively high level of genetic diversity (Na =...
